Applications by the group's design practices, Oct 2017 to Oct 2026, from council planning registers. 243 of the 270 sites taken to a decision were approved, including on resubmission or appeal.

We believe good architecture is felt before it is understood: in the quality of light, the proportion of a room, the weight of a door, the way a building meets its street. Every project, a family house or an apartment building, receives the same patient attention, from first sketch to final detail.

    Every project starts with listening. The brief is shaped around people and the way they use space, not around a list of rooms.

Ten years of Green Code Architects

Green Code Architects was founded in London in July 2017. In the decade since, the practice and its sister companies have designed homes and buildings across 54 local authorities and submitted 476 planning applications. In July 2027 we mark ten years of working with private clients, developers and investors, and we look forward to the next ten.
